Introduction to Magic
Only 12 places per course
Children enrolled in this course will have the opportunity to discover the basics of magical art and learn how to perform tricks to amaze those around them. Each workshop offers a hands-on experience, where they will explore various magical techniques.
They will start by manipulating strings to achieve impressive visual effects, such as the passage of matter through matter. They will then learn card manipulation and a mentalism trick in which the magician guesses the spectator's choice. Finally, they will perform a classic ball and cup trick.
All necessary materials are provided as they go, including string, envelopes, cardboard, playing cards, balls and cups. A detailed description of each trick taught will be given to them to facilitate practice at home.
This 90-minute course is intended for children aged 6 to 12.
